Things to Know

All consultations work best with a birth time, so please make sure it is as precise and accurate as possible, down to the minute. You can check hospital records and/or your birth certificate, and it’s always worth double-checking with a parent, relative, or someone who was present at your birth.

If you don’t know your exact birth time, please contact me before booking. In some cases we can still work together using an approximate time or a different technique, but the scope of the reading and the level of precision may be limited.

Consultations are conducted on Zoom, and you’ll receive the meeting link after booking. With your consent, sessions are recorded so you can revisit the conversation later. When technology cooperates, I’ll send you a replay of the session and brief written notes or key takeaways.

If you prefer not to be recorded, or don’t want any materials sent after the session, just let me know in advance.

I maintain a limited number of consultation slots alongside other professional commitments, so availability may shift at times. If I ever need to adjust a scheduled appointment, you’ll receive advance notice and a no-fee reschedule.

By booking a consultation, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or have permission from a parent or legal guardian) and that you understand these sessions are for informational and educational purposes only.

Cancellation Policy

You may reschedule or cancel your appointment free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled start time by email or cancellation link.

Cancellations requests made less than 24 hours before the start time, no-shows, or arrivals more than 10 minutes late are not eligible for a refund. In these cases, the session is considered used and a new booking at the full fee is required if you wish to reschedule.

If I need to cancel and we cannot find a new time that works, you will receive a full refund.
